La asociatividad en la asociación de productores cafetaleros exportadores del valle de Kumpirushiato – Cusco, APROCEVAKC

Abstract

Se muestra la implementación de un modelo asociativo adecuado para la Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros Exportadores del Valle de Kumpirushiato – Kepashiato – La Convención – Cusco, dedicados principalmente a la producción de café orgánico, usando como metodología participativa, las reuniones de Fortalecimiento organizacional y talleres de sensibilización en ventajas y beneficios de la asociatividad, a su vez se realizaron trabajos demostrativos en las fincas, principalmente en mejoras de la calidad, producción y valor agregado, gestión de recursos e incremento de la oferta exportable, creando interés y motivación en los productores de esta zona. Dichos trabajos se realizaron como parte del equipo técnico de la Municipalidad distrital de Echarati. A su vez se realizó la conformación de comisiones, quienes participaron activamente de los aspectos formales y legales, teniendo como base el compromiso voluntario de todos los socios. El proceso de formalización se realizó en coordinación con el equipo técnico del proyecto de la Municipalidad Distrital de Echarati, desde el segundo trimestre del año, hasta el cuarto trimestre del año 2017, cumpliendo lo planificado del proceso de formalización de la Asociación. En cuanto a los tramites, estos se realizaron periódicamente según el tiempo estimado en cada proceso, cumpliendo así y logrando obtener la partida electrónica de la Asociación. Posterior a ello se realizaron gestiones que viabilizaron recursos para la Asociación.

As for the procedures, these were carried out periodically according to the estimated time in each process, thus complying and managing to obtain the electronic departure of the Association. After that, efforts were made to make resources available for the Association.
