Toxicidad del spinetoram y matrine sobre los estados de desarrollo de Chrysoperla externa y Ceraeochrysa cincta

Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la toxicidad del spinetoram y matrine sobre los estados de desarrollo de Chrysoperla externa y Ceraeochrysa cincta. Se realizaron ensayos toxicológicos por el método de inmersión, contacto residual e ingestión con los productos químicos: spinetoram (0.375 ml/500 ml y 0.125 ml/500 ml) y matrine (0.5 ml/500 ml y 1.5 ml/500 ml). Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados con la prueba de Kruskal-Wallis (p≤0.05). Los ensayos por inmersión de huevos y pupas de C. externa y C. cincta mostraron valores estadísticamente similares al control (p≤0.05). Por contacto residual, se obtuvieron los más altos porcentajes de mortalidad en adultos de ambas especies, los cuales oscilaron entre 60.50-80.00 % con las concentraciones de spinetoram. En los ensayos por ingestión, los adultos de C. externa y C. cincta fueron más susceptibles con los dos productos químicos en relación al estado larval. Finalmente, según la catalogación toxicológica de la IOBC (Organización Internacional de Control Biológico), los productos químicos fueron inofensivos en huevos y pupas de ambas especies mediante ensayos de inmersión. Por contacto residual, la máxima concentración de spinetoram fue ligeramente nocivo en larvas del primer y segundo estadio de C. externa, sin embargo, la máxima y mínima concentración del producto fueron ligeramente nocivos para adultos de C. externa y moderadamente nocivo y ligeramente nocivo en adultos de C. cincta, respectivamente. Mediante ensayos de ingestión, ambas concentraciones de spinetoram fueron ligeramente nocivos en adultos de los dos crisópidos, mientras que solo la máxima concentración de matrine fue ligeramente nocivo en adultos de C. cincta.

Toxicological tests were carried out by the method of immersion, residual contact and ingestion with the chemical products: spinetoram (0.375 ml/500 ml and 0.125 ml/500 ml) and matrine (0.5 ml/500 ml and 1.5 ml/500 ml). The data obtained were analyzed with the Kruskal-Wallis test with a significance level of p≤0.05. The immersion tests of eggs and pupae of C. externa and C. cincta showed statistically similar values to the control (p≤0.05). By residual contact, the highest percentages of mortality in adults of both species were obtained, which ranged between 60.50-80.00 % with the concentrations of spinetoram. In ingestion tests, adults of C. externa and C. cincta were more susceptible to both chemicals in relation to larval status. Finally, according to the toxicological cataloging of the IOBC, the chemicals were harmless in eggs and pupae of both species by immersion tests. By residual contact, the maximum concentration of spinetoram was slightly harmful in larvae of the first and second stage of C. externa, however, the maximum and minimum concentration of the product were slightly harmful for adults of C. externa and moderately harmful and slightly harmful in C. cincta adults, respectively.
