Gestión de almacén para la optimización de costos en la empresa de saneamiento ambiental Vertum Terra 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la situación base del uso de los insumos en los servicios de saneamiento de la empresa VERTUM TERRA, si bien es cierto la empresa recibe utilidades al cierre del año contable, estos podrían aumentar con las tomas de decisiones que se tomarían luego del análisis de esta situación base. Tomo nueves meses replantear los procesos y contar con seguimientos claros, tanto para el área operativa y logística. En el periodo de la pandemia el sector de saneamiento incremento sus actividades, pero al mismo tiempo internamente la carencia de herramientas de control y procesos claros para el consumo de los insumos hizo que aumentara la rotación de adquisición de los mismo. Así también, el aumento de los costos en los mantenimientos correctivos. Con todo ello, era necesario sincerar la información y estandarizar procedimientos, por lo cual que utilizo la metodología 5S en cooperación con el Jefe de Operaciones, para poder replantear y en algunos casos implementar procesos. Asimismo, lograr la Certificación de Homologación (Calidad en el servicio y en el SST) con la certificadora MEGA en cual aumentaría la posibilidad de ingreso a otros sectores para brindar los servicios. Finalmente, se logró lo planificado en la estandarización y en la homologación.

The objective of this research is to analyze the base situation of the use of inputs in the sanitation services of the company VERTUM TERRA, although it is true that the company receives profits at the end of the accounting year, these could increase with the decisions that would be taken after the analysis of this base situation. It took nine months to rethink the processes and to have clear follow-ups, both for the operational and logistic areas. During the pandemic period, the sanitation sector increased its activities, but at the same time, internally, the lack of control tools and clear processes for the consumption of supplies caused an increase in the rotation of their acquisition. Also, there was an increase in the cost of corrective maintenance. With all this, it was necessary to clarify information and standardize procedures, which is why I used the 5S methodology in cooperation with the Operations Manager, in order to rethink and in some cases implement processes. Also, to achieve the Homologation Certification (Quality in the service and OSH) with the MEGA certifier, which would increase the possibility of entering other sectors to provide services. Finally, the planned standardization and homologation were achieved.
