Análisis de mercado y comercialización de pulpa deshidratada de mango peruano (Mangifera indica Mill.) en Estados Unidos 2016-2020

Abstract

Actualmente los consumidores a nivel mundial buscan productos naturales, nutritivos, bajos en azúcares y calorías; además, deben ser alimentos que sean fáciles de preparar ahorrando tiempo en su día a día. Otro punto por lo que se inclinan los consumidores es probar productos nuevos e innovadores a un justo precio. Bajo este escenario, se decidió analizar e investigar los mercados potenciales para exportar un producto final que cumpla con las necesidades actuales del consumidor, siendo este el mango deshidratado peruano. Se realizó un análisis de las oportunidades de negocio y tendencias del producto. Además, se evaluó el panorama internacional, se seleccionó y determinó el mercado potencial objetivo y, finalmente, se describieron las instituciones que regulan los requisitos de acceso en el mercado destino. El informe presentado tiene por finalidad presentar un análisis de la investigación del mercado para la exportación de mango deshidratado peruano. El mismo ha sido elaborado en base a la información generada a través de herramientas estadísticas de comercio y producción. En el caso de las variables de comercio exterior agraria las fuentes de información fueron SUNAT, ADEX DATATRADE, TRADEMAP

Currently, the consumers around the world are looking for natural, nutritious products, low in sugars and calories. In addition, these products must be foods that are easy to prepare, saving time in your day to day. Another point that consumers are inclined to try new and innovative products at a fair price. Under this scenario, it was decided to analyze and investigate the potential markets to export a final product that meets the current needs of the consumer, this being the Peruvian shredded mango. An analysis of business opportunities and product trends was carried out. In addition, the international panorama was evaluated, the potential target market was selected and determined and finally, the institutions that regulate the access requirements in the destination markets were described. The report presented has the purpose of presenting an analysis of the market research for the export of Peruvian dehydrated mango. It has been prepared based on the information generated through statistical tools of trade and production. In the case of agricultural foreign trade variables, the sources of information were SUNAT, ADEX DATATRADE, TRADEMAP.
