Monitoreo del proyecto de inversión fortalecimiento de la administración forestal en ocho regiones amazónicas

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia profesional empleó el método descriptivo y se basó en el marco normativo del INVIERTE.PE. Esta monografía se desarrolló en el “Programa de Desarrollo Forestal, Sostenible, Inclusivo y Competitivo en la Amazonía Peruana”, específicamente en el Proyecto de Inversión: “Fortalecimiento de la Administración Forestal en las Regiones Amazónicas de Amazonas, Huánuco, Loreto, Junín, Madre de Dios, Pasco, San Martín y Ucayali”-CUI N°2170521. A partir del año 2018 surgió la necesidad de implementar el monitoreo del Proyecto, tarea que fue designada al Bachiller que suscribe el presente trabajo, el cual tiene como objetivos dar a conocer el impacto del empleo de las herramientas desarrolladas durante el monitoreo del Proyecto, así como también la importancia de la identificación de los factores internos y externos que afectaron la ejecución del proyecto. El monitoreo permitió conocer el estado situacional en el que se encontraba el proyecto e identificar de forma oportuna posibles amenazas, brindando información a la Jefatura del proyecto para la toma de decisiones estratégicas durante el periodo de ejecución del proyecto.

This document used the descriptive method and was based on the legal framework of INVIERTE.PE. This monograph was developed in the "Forestry, Sustainable, Inclusive and Competitive Development Program of the Peruvian Amazon", specifically in the Investment Project: "Strengthening of the Forestry Administration in the Amazon Regions of Amazonas, Huanuco, Loreto, Junin, Madre de Dios, Pasco, San Martin and Ucayali"-CUI N°2170521. Since 2018, the need arose to implement the monitoring of the Project, a task that was assigned to the Bachelor who subscribes the present document, which has the objectives of show the impact of the use of the tools developed during the monitoring of the Project, as well as the importance of the identification of internal and external factors that have affected the project. The monitoring made it possible to know the project´s current situation and to identify possible threats in a timely manner, providing information to the project's management for strategic decisions making during project execution period.
