Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo evaluar el desempeño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo del servicio de alimentación de la empresa XY, en los tres hospitales que trabaja en la actualidad, en el período del 2021 y 2022. Su principal propósito fue disminuir la incidencia de accidentes de trabajo y lograr la certificación ISO 45001:2018. La evaluación del desempeño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la empresa XY se basó en determinar, evaluar y cumplir con el contexto de la organización de la empresa XY utilizando el análisis FODA, con el fin de conocer el comportamiento y las mejoras necesarias, así como el impacto de los factores internos y externos; los requisitos legales aplicables que influyen directamente con la Seguridad y salud en el trabajo, el aspecto sociolaboral y en el Lista de verificación de Auditoría de línea base según la norma ISO 45001:2018, para determinar en qué grado y estado del desempeño y cumplimiento basados en los requisitos de dicha norma. Las herramientas de gestión implementadas establecerán las acciones a tomar y se elaborará un plan de acción que contenga análisis de causa, acciones correctivas, responsables, fechas de cumplimiento y evaluación de la eficacia. Los resultados obtenidos incluyen la identificación y gestión de debilidades y amenazas según el análisis FODA, el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables y vigentes; ya que, durante el periodo evaluado se registran enla matriz de requisitos legales SST (SSTMA – F – 48) y el nivel de desempeño del SGSST de la empresa XY, para el período evaluado ha sido de 46.40% con una clasificación MEDIA de 2.32. Esto indica un desempeño de nivel MEDIO y requiere la toma de acciones correctivas.
The present professional sufficiency thesis aims to evaluate the performance of the occupational health and safety management system of the food service of company XY, in the three hospitals it currently works with, during the period of 2021 and 2022. Its main purpose was to reduce the incidence of work accidents and achieve ISO 45001:2018 certification. The evaluation of the performance of the occupational health and safety management system of company XY was based on determining, evaluating, and complyingwith the context of the organization of company XY using SWOT analysis, in order to understand the behavior and necessary improvements, as well as the impact of internal and external factors; the applicable legal requirements that directly influence occupational health and safety, the socio-labor aspect, and the Baseline Audit Checklist according to ISO 45001:2018, to determine the degree and state of performance and compliance based on the requirements of said standard. The implemented management tools will establish the actions to be taken and an action plan will be developed that contains cause analysis, corrective actions, responsible parties, compliance dates, and effectiveness evaluation. The results obtained include the identification and management of weaknesses and threats according to the SWOT analysis, compliance with applicable and current legal requirements; since, during the evaluated period, they are recorded in the SST legal requirements matrix (SSTMA – F – 48) and the performance level of the OHSMS of company XY, for the evaluated period, has been 46.40% with a MEDIUM classification of 2.32. This indicates a MEDIUM level performance and requires corrective actions.
