Análisis de la implementación y operación de la gestión de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente en la empresa Yobel SCM Inhouse Backus

Abstract

El presente trabajo monográfico tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso de implementación y operación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente para Yobel SCM S.A.C basado la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2015 y la ley N° 29783, Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, así como a las normas legales asociadas a esta ley. Los requisitos de dichas normas han sido empleadas para la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad, salud en el trabajo y medio ambiente de la empresa Yobel SCM S.A. – Inhouse Backus, para lograr tal objetivo principal se siguieron las etapas de diagnóstico mediante un estudio de línea base; identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y controles mediante la metodología IPERC; y el diseño de la plataforma documentaria mediante la guía nacional de seguridad y salud en el trabajo RM 050-2013 TR. El estudio de línea base permitió recopilar información mediante entrevistas con la alta dirección, principales jefaturas y una muestra de operarios así como la observación de la ejecución de las actividades operativas, a partir de la cual se concluyó que la organización tiene un 94,67 por ciento de avance en la implementación de los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 14001:2005

This monographic work aims to analyze the process of implementation and operation of the Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Management System of Yobel SCM SAC based on the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard, ISO 14001: 2015 standard, and the Law N ° 29783, Law of Health and Safety at Work, as well as the legal standards associated with this law. The requirements of these standards have been used for the implementation of the safety, occupational health and environmental management system of the company Yobel SCM S.A. - Inhouse Backus. In order to achieve this main objective, the diagnostic stages were followed through a baseline study; hazard identification, risk assessment and controls using the IPERC methodology; and the design of the documentary platform using the national guide on safety and health at work RM 050-2013 TR. The baseline study allowed the collection of information through interviews with senior management, chief executives and a sample of workers as well as observation of the execution of operational activities, from which it was concluded that the organization has a 94.67 progress in the implementation of the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2005 standards
