Propuesta de mejora de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de una empresa contratista minera

Abstract

La presente investigación desarrolló una propuesta de mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo SST de una empresa contratista minera en su proceso de termofusión y montaje de tuberías, ya que por la modernización de la normativa en seguridad y salud en el trabajo nacional e internacional las empresas deben mantenerse actualizadas, por ello se planteó como objetivo principal la elaboración de una “PROPUESTA DE MEJORA DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO DE UNA EMPRESA CONTRATISTA MINERA” para su proceso de termofusión y montaje de tuberías, la metodología fue realizar el diagnóstico inicial, luego la identificación de los peligros y riesgos de las actividades para hacer su matriz IPERC, elaborar la propuesta de mejora y por último, confeccionar el plan de acción para implementar la propuesta de mejora del sistema de SST del proceso señalado, los resultados obtenidos fueron que al realizar la inspección la empresa cumplía con un 51,4 por ciento en cuanto a los lineamientos en materia de SST del (Anexo 3 del R.M. Nº 050- 2013-TR), así también la IPERC identificó en el proceso 17 tareas con riesgo alto, 94 tareas con riesgo medio y una tarea con riesgo bajo y luego de las medidas de control esta proporción mejoro, a cero tareas con riesgo alto, seis tareas con riesgo medio y 106 tareas con riesgo bajo. En cuanto a la propuesta de mejora esta tuvo 52 actividades para poder solventar la suficiencia en SST del proceso y que el documento en la que recaía la mayor revisión y actualización es él; Plan anual de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, la conclusión general arribada muestra que se contrasto la hipótesis del investigador ya que, al elaborar, implementar la propuesta de mejora, se mostraría suficiencia en materia de SST en el proceso de termofusión y montaje de tuberías de la empresa.

This research developed a proposal to improve the occupational health and safety system - OHS of a mining contractor company in its process of thermofusion and assembly of pipes, since by modernizing the regulations on safety and health at national work and international companies must be kept up to date. For this reason the main objective was the elaboration of a "PROPOSAL TO IMPROVE A HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE WORK OF A MINING CONTRACTOR COMPANY" for its process of thermofusion and assembly of pipes , the methodology was to make the initial diagnosis, then the identification of the hazards and risks of the activities to make its matrix - IPERC, prepare the improvement proposal and finally, prepare the action plan to implement the system improvement proposal of OHS of the indicated process. The results obtained after the inspection the company fulfilled a 51,4% regarding the OHS guidelines (Annex 3 of R.M. Nº 050-2013-TR), which the IPERC identified in the process 17 tasks with high risk, 94 tasks with medium risk and 1 task with low risk and after the control measures, this proportion improved to 0 zero tasks with high risk, 6 tasks with medium risk and 106 tasks with low risk. Regarding the improvement proposal, it had 52 activities to be able to solve the sufficiency in OHS of the process and that the document in which the most revision and update fell is the Annual Occupational Health and Safety Plan, the general conclusion reached shows that the hypothesis of the researcher was contrasted since, when elaborating and implementing the improvement proposal, the sufficiency of OHS in the thermofusion process and the assembly of pipes of the company would be shown.
