Elaboración de línea base de sistema de gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en una empresa agrícola

Abstract

Con el objetivo de mejorar la gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), este estudio evaluará el sistema de gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en base a la Ley N° 29783 y su reglamento D.S. N° 005-2012-TR, y sus modificatorias. Para lograrlo, se evaluó el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST) de AGRO MOLLES S.A.C a través de un diagnóstico de línea de base del SGSST, se identificaron las normas peruanas de SST que aplicaban al sector agrícola y se propuso estrategias de mejora para asegurar el cumplimiento legal. La evaluación determinó que AGRO MOLLES S.A.C. tiene un cumplimiento global de 52.3 por ciento, siendo el lineamiento de revisión por la dirección el de menor cumplimiento con un 37.0 por ciento y el de mayor fue política de SST con un 68.4 por ciento. El SGSST de la empresa agrícola es regular por lo cual es necesario proponer un plan de acción para levantar los hallazgos encontrados, para evitar multas y sanciones por el ente fiscalizador SUNAFIL.

With the aim of improving the management of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), this study will evaluate the Occupational Health and Safety management system based on Law No. 29783 and its regulation D.S. N° 005-2012-TR, and its amendments. To achieve this, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) of AGRO MOLLES S.A.C was evaluated through a baseline diagnosis of the SGSST, the Peruvian OSH standards that applied to the agricultural sector were identified and it was proposed improvement strategies to ensure legal compliance . The evaluation determined that AGRO MOLLES S.A.C. It has an overall compliance of 52.3 percent, with the management review guideline being the one with the least compliance with 37.0 percent and the one with the highest being the OSH policy with 68.4 percent. The SGSST of the agricultural company is regular, for which it is necessary to propose an action plan to lift the findings found, to avoid fines and sanctions by the supervisory entity SUNAFIL.
