Monitoreo y seguimiento de la ejecución de los Proyectos de Inversión Pública de la UNALM, Lima, Perú - 2022

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el impacto del empleo de las herramientas desarrolladas y utilizadas durante el monitoreo y seguimiento de la ejecución de los proyectos de inversión pública financiados con fuente de financiamiento de recursos ordinarios y recursos directamente recaudados, a cargo de la Unidad Ejecutora de Inversiones de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM), así como también la importancia de la identificación de los indicadores y procesos que afectaron la ejecución de las inversiones en el período 2022 lo que permitió brindar información al jefe de la Unidad a fin de que pueda tomar decisiones estratégicas durante la ejecución de los proyectos a su cargo. La investigación es no experimental y utilizó el método descriptivo, para lo cual se analizó la cartera de proyectos de la UNALM, considerando el marco normativo del INVIERTE.PE. Posteriormente, fue necesario conocer el estado situacional en el que se encuentra cada proyecto e identificar los procesos que influyen en su ejecución, con el análisis realizado se elaboraron herramientas que faciliten el monitoreo y seguimiento de los proyectos para la toma de decisiones de la Entidad.

The objective of this document is to make known the impact of the use of the tools developed and used during the monitoring and follow-up of the execution of public investment projects financed with a financing source of ordinary resources and resources directly collected, through position of the Investment Executing Unit of the La Molina National Agrarian University (UNALM), as well as the importance of identifying the indicators and processes that affected the execution of investments in the period 2022, which allowed providing information to the head of the Unit so that it can make strategic decisions during the execution of the projects under its responsibility. The research is non-experimental and used the descriptive method, for which the UNALM project portfolio was analyzed, considering the normative framework of INVIERTE.PE. Subsequently, it was necessary to know the situational state in which each project is located and identify the processes that influence its execution, with the analysis carried out, tools were developed that facilitate the monitoring and follow-up of the projects for the Entity's decision-making.
