Análisis de la gestión de vacaciones en la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones para reducir el nivel de contingencias

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito el análisis de la gestión de vacaciones que se desarrolla en la empresa de telecomunicaciones del régimen privado para reducir el nivel de contingencias, la cual viene generando situaciones complejas para la misma organización. La investigación surge a partir de identificar rasgos que conllevan a un incremento de contingencias laborales presentes y futuras para la empresa, teniendo en cuenta los principales riesgos a los que se expone de continuar con la irregular gestión de vacaciones de sus colaboradores, quienes cumplen una función de vital importancia para el negocio. En ese sentido se buscó realizar el análisis de la gestión de vacaciones en la empresa de telecomunicaciones para identificar puntos críticos y reducir el nivel de contingencias, mediante el uso de una serie de instrumentos y técnicas para el levantamiento de información en este tema. Para este estudio se tomó en cuenta el punto de vista de los colaboradores de la empresa, quienes son los principales afectados por el no cumplimiento de las normas laborales vigentes por parte de la empresa y de igual forma se examinó las contingencias laborales que actualmente le genera pasivos. Por consiguiente, en el presente informe se identifican objetivos que han llevado a resultados los cuales se muestran y que permitirán llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the vacation management that takes place in the telecommunications company of the private regime to reduce the level of contingencies, which has generated complex situations for the same organization. The investigation arises from identifying features that lead to an increase in present and future labor contingencies for the company, taking into account the main risks to which it is exposed to continue with the irregular holiday management of its employees, who perform a function of vital importance to the business. In this sense, an analysis was made of the management of vacations in the telecommunications company to identify critical points and reduce the level of contingencies, through the use of a series of instruments and techniques for gathering information on this subject. For this study, the point of view of the employees of the company was taken into account, who are the main affected by the non-compliance of the current labor standards by the company and also examined the labor contingencies that currently generates passive. Therefore, this report identifies objectives that have led to results which are shown and that will allow reaching conclusions and recommendations.
