Evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto alimento enriquecido con granos andinos y proteína de pota (Dosidicus gigas) en población infantil

Abstract

Se evaluó el desempeño de la ejecución técnica y financiera del producto enriquecido con granos andinos y proteína de pota (Dosidicus gigas) destinado a la población infantil, mediante la técnica de una evaluación expost, aplicando herramientas y procedimientos para realizar un cierre exitoso y sin observaciones. Asimismo, se analizó la conformación de entidades que participaron de este proyecto, la cual fue muy sólida y participativa a comparación de otros proyectos de investigación. La evaluación a nivel financiero se llevó a cabo en el plan operativo del proyecto, el cual tuvo modificaciones presupuestales y algunos inconvenientes por la pandemia Covid-19, sin embargo, se logró realizar lo planificado a nivel técnico y financiero. A nivel técnico, los atrasos de los compromisos fueron compensados por el apoyo y coordinación del equipo técnico. Se analizó el avance de sus compromisos y el impacto en las brechas sociales de la población infantil en etapa escolar comprobándose mediante un muestreo del snack, en el colegio del Distrito de San Jun de Lurigancho. Para su evaluación se construyó el indicador de eficacia y el indicador de impacto en las brechas sociales, logrando comprobar un exitoso cierre a nivel técnico y financiero.

The performance of the technical and financial execution of the product enriched with Andean grains and squid protein (Dosidicus gigas) destined for the child population was evaluated, through the technique of an ex-post evaluation; applying tools and procedures to perform a successful closing and without observations. Likewise, the formation of entities that participated in this project was analyzed, which was very solid and participatory compared to other research projects, the evaluation at the financial level was carried out in the operational plan of the project, which had budget modifications and some inconveniences due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, it was possible to carry out what was planned at a technical and financial level. At the technical level, the delays in commitments were offset by the support and coordination of the technical team. The progress of their commitments and the impact on the social gaps of the child population in the school stage were analyzed, verifying through a sampling of the snack, in the school of the District of San Jun de Lurigancho. For its evaluation, the efficiency indicator and the impact indicator on social gaps were constructed, achieving a successful closure at a technical and financial level.
