Gestión de la experiencia de visitantes escolares de grados menores a 3° secundaria en la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina

Abstract
La gestión de la experiencia del visitante implica aspectos emocionales, pero también aspectos educativos y sociales, a pesar de que estas visitas fueron a áreas protegidas, museos y visitas académicas a universidades como la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). El objetivo general de esta investigación es establecer los factores que determinan la optimización de la experiencia de los visitantes escolares a la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). Durante esta investigación, siete instituciones educativas (3 públicas y 4 privadas) con 32 adultos encuestados (maestros, asistentes, padres, entre otros) y 178 estudiantes fueron evaluados para determinar los aspectos sociales y educativos que influyen en la experiencia de los visitantes de la escuela a la UNALM. Tomamos cuestionarios y entrevistas para obtener información para esta investigación. Los resultados que obtuvimos en las encuestas individuales y grupales se tabularon en una base de datos diseñada en Microsoft Access. Estos resultados muestran que la principal motivación de los estudiantes de la escuela para visitar la UNALM está en la relación que tiene con el concepto de "caminata escolar", entre otros hallazgos importantes de la investigación.
Management of the visitor experience implies emotional aspects, but also educational and social aspects, even though theses visits were to protected areas, museums and scholar visits to universities such as the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). The general objective of this research is to establish the factors that determine the optimization of the experience of school visitors to the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). During this research seven educational institutions (3 public and 4 private) with 32 adults surveyed (teachers, assistants, parents, among others) and 178 students were evaluated to determine the social and educational aspects that influence the experience of school visitors to UNALM. We took questionaries' and interviews to get information for this research. The results we obtained in the individual and group surveys were tabulated in a database designed in Microsoft Access. These results show that the main motivation of the school students to visit the UNALM is in the relationship it has with the concept of the "School Walk", among other significant research findings.
