Abstract
El presente estudio se llevó a cabo en cuatro comunidades campesinas del distrito de Cangallo, región Ayacucho, con el objetivo de evaluar el impacto del proyecto de erradicación de mosca de la fruta; como esta, ha contribuido en el aspecto social, desarrollo de capacidades, participación de la mujer y sobre todo en el ingreso de la economía familiar de los productores agropecuarios en las cuatro comunidades (Mollebamba, Yuraccyacu, Huahuapuquio, Huancarucma). La información fue recopilada entre marzo y junio de 2021, utilizando datos proporcionados por SENASA, Ministerio de Agricultura (zonal Cangallo) y encuestas aplicadas a los productores. El análisis de los datos se realizó con el software SPSS versión 25. El producto de análisis y evaluación de los resultados indican, que en el aspecto social, tras la implementación del proyecto, se fortalecieron los vínculos entre los productores y las instituciones del Estado, como la Municipalidad, Ministerio de Agricultura y SENASA. En el ámbito económico, se observó un notable incremento en la producción de durazno, pasando de cosechas de menos 5 kg a más de 20 kg por planta en el 96.4 % de los casos, de esta forma contribuyeron en la economía de las familias. Además, se registró un aumento en el número de plantas de durazno y la introducción de otros cultivos como chirimoya, palta y lúcuma. Así mismo, se destaca la participación activa de las mujeres en las comunidades estudiadas, involucrándose en labores agrícolas, asumiendo roles de liderazgo y contribuyendo significativamente al desarrollo económico y bienestar familiar.
This study was carried out in four rural communities in the Cangallo district, Ayacucho region, with the objective of evaluating the impact of the fruit fly eradication project, including its contribution to social aspects, capacity development, women's participation, and, above all, to the family income of agricultural producers in the four communities (Mollebamba, Yuraccyacu, Huahuapuquio, and Huancarucma). The information was collected between March and June 2021, using data provided by SENASA, the Ministry of Agriculture (Cangallo zone), and surveys administered to producers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25.0 software. The results of the analysis and evaluation indicate that, in the social aspect, after project implementation, ties between producers and state institutions, such as the municipality, the Ministry of Agriculture, and SENASA, were strengthened. In the economic sphere, a notable increase in peach production was observed, increasing from harvests of 5 kg to more than 20 kg per plant in 96.4 % of cases, thus contributing to family incomes. Additionally, an increase in the number of peach plants was recorded, as was the introduction of other crops such as custard apple, avocado, and lucuma. Likewise, the active participation of women in the studied communities is notable, involving them in agricultural work, assuming leadership roles, and significantly contributing to economy development and family well-being.
