Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional describe la experiencia desarrollada en el ámbito técnico y comercial durante el desempeño y labor realizado en la empresa SERFI y QSI. Durante ese tiempo se visitó, asesoró y capacitó en el uso y manejo seguro de plaguicidas, así como en temas técnicos sobre sanidad y nutrición vegetal para agricultores y agroindustrias, también llamadas empresas agrícolas, dedicadas a los cultivos de fresa, mandarina y palto. De esta manera, se logró identificar y reconocer las diferencias entre ellos y como la demanda de exportación influyó en la regulación de sus procesos. El presente documento ha descrito 3 principales cultivos de la zona de trabajo, que son demandados, tanto para exportación como para el mercado local peruano y se hizo una diferencia en cada uno de ellos.
This professional proficiency work describes the experience developed in the technical and commercial field during the performance and work carried out in the company SERFI and QSI. During that time, farmers and agroindustries, also called agricultural companies dedicated to strawberry, mandarin and avocado crops, were visited, advised and trained in the safe use and management of pesticides, as well as in technical issues on plant health and nutrition. In this way, it was possible to identify and recognize the differences between them and how export demand influenced the regulation of their processes. This document has described 3 main crops in the work area that are demanded both for export and for the local Peruvian market and a difference was made in each of them according to their management given by an agroindustry and/or agricultural company and a farmer.
