Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como finalidad analizar la operación del potencial embalse de la presa Peruanita a través de un modelo de simulación, así mismo, evaluar la asignación de agua y su comportamiento para distintos escenarios (año seco, año normal y año húmedo), utilizando el software WEAP: Water Evaluation And Planning System. Para este fin, se inició desarrollando el modelo hidrológico para la obtención de caudales medios mensuales mediante el modelo Precipitación - Escorrentía utilizando el Método de Humedad del Suelo (Soil Moisture Method) de la microcuenca de aporte al embalse. Luego, se realizó el moldeamiento de la operación del embalse con el programa WEAP donde se procedió a evaluar su funcionamiento y la regulación de la oferta y demandas hídrica con fines de riego para las diferentes comunidades aguas debajo del embalse. Y finalmente, se determinaron las políticas de operación del embalse para satisfacer y mejorar las demandas de los diferentes usuarios, evaluados para el periodo 1998-2017 con un paso de tiempo a nivel mensual. Asimismo, se realizó la evaluación para los diferentes escenarios hidrológicos, año húmedo, año normal y año seco a partir del análisis de las operaciones actuales del embalse, planteándose alternativas de gestión para mejorar y satisfacer las demandas de riego para las diferentes comunidades.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation of the potential reservoir of the Peruanita dam through a simulation model, as well as to evaluate the allocation of water and its behavior for different scenarios (dry year, normal year and wet year), using the WEAP software: Water Assessment and Planning System. For this purpose, the hydrological model was initiated to obtain average monthly flows through the Precipitation - Runoff model using the Soil Moisture Method of the microbasin contributing to the reservoir. Then, the operation of the reservoir was modeled with the WEAP program, where its operation and the regulation of water supply and demand were evaluated with irrigation fines for the different communities downstream of the reservoir. And finally, the reservoir operation policies were determined to satisfy and improve the demands of the different users, evaluated for the period 1998-2017 with a time step at a monthly level. Likewise, the evaluation is carried out for the different hydrological scenarios, wet year, normal year and dry year based on the analysis of the current operations of the reservoir, considering management alternatives to improve and satisfy the irrigation demands for the different communities
