Resumen
Los cítricos son una de las frutas más apreciadas debido a sus múltiples propiedades culinarias, cosméticas y medicinales. Usado para saborizar gelatinas, caramelos, bebidas, con su aceite se elaboran cosméticos para proteger la piel y de forma natural disminuye las manchas solares. Por otro lado, el alto nivel de nutrientes de la mandarina nos protege contra problemas cardiacos, infecciones, anemias, alergias, diabetes, y varios tipos de cáncer. Así mismo, contribuye a combatir el colesterol, estreñimiento, presión arterial, deshidratación, obesidad y estrés. El presente trabajo se realiza en Agrícola Fundo Don Alfonso que se encuentra ubicada en San Luis de Cañete-Lima, el cual abarca cultivo de mandarina de variedades: Primosole, Okitsu, Owari y W. Murcott y naranja la variedad Washington Navel, se detallan los métodos de control de plagas dando énfasis en el control Etológico, Químico, Cultural y Bioquímico. Con el fin de usar productos los cuales tengan acción en corto tiempo y a la vez minimicen el riesgo de residuos durante y cercano a temporada de cosecha.
