Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tiene como finalidad describir y analizar la experiencia profesional del autor en el proceso de seguimiento físico-financiero de actividades de mantenimiento en infraestructura de la Universidad Nacional del Callao. Las acciones realizadas comprenden tareas de planificación, ejecución y evaluación de intervenciones como el mantenimiento de servicios higiénicos, pozos a tierra, sistemas de agua y desagüe, acondicionamiento de aulas y jardines, entre otros. Se aplicaron conocimientos técnicos vinculados al mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo, así como al uso eficiente de recursos públicos bajo criterios de calidad, oportunidad y costo-efectividad. La metodología empleada fue documental y técnica, respaldada por cronogramas, informes de supervisión, cuadros presupuestales y el Plan de Mantenimiento 2025. El seguimiento permitió detectar desfases entre ejecución física y devengado financiero, revelando oportunidades de mejora en la articulación institucional. Este trabajo permite reflexionar sobre la importancia de la ingeniería agrícola en entornos urbanos y su contribución directa a la mejora de infraestructura educativa en el contexto público.
The purpose of this Professional Proficiency Report is to describe and analyze the author’s professional experience in the physical and financial monitoring of infrastructure maintenance activities at the National University of Callao. The actions carried out included planning, execution, and evaluation tasks for interventions such as the maintenance of restrooms, grounding systems, water and sewage systems, classroom and garden conditioning, among others. Technical knowledge related to both corrective and preventive maintenance was applied, as well as the efficient use of public resources based on quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness criteria. The methodology used was both documentary and technical, supported by schedules, supervision reports, budgetary spreadsheets, and the 2025 Maintenance Plan. The monitoring process made it possible to detect discrepancies between physical execution and financial disbursement, revealing opportunities for improvement in institutional coordination. This work provides a space to reflect on the relevance of agricultural engineering in urban environments and its direct contribution to improving educational infrastructure within the public sector.
