Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación evaluó la diferencia entre 4 pisos de floración del cultivo del ají amarillo (Capsicum baccatum L. var. pendulum) en el rendimiento y calidad de semilla en La Molina, entre los meses de octubre del 2021 a mayo del 2022. Los pisos de floración del estudio fueron: primer piso (T1), segundo piso (T2), tercer piso (T3), cuarto piso (T4); el distanciamiento entre surcos fue de 1.20 m, 0.5 m entre plantas y el riego fue por goteo. El Diseño Experimental empleado fue DBCA con 4 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones. Se evaluaron los siguientes parámetros: peso fresco promedio de fruto (g), longitud promedio de fruto (cm), diámetro promedio de fruto (mm), peso fresco promedio de semilla (g), peso seco promedio de semilla (g), número promedio de semillas por fruto (N°), peso fresco de 100 semillas (g), porcentaje de germinación (%), índice de vigor I (porcentaje de germinación (%) x altura promedio de plantines (cm)) e índice de vigor II (porcentaje de germinación (%) x peso seco promedio de plantines(g)). El tercer piso de floración (T3) influyo estadísticamente en el parámetro peso seco promedio de semilla por fruto. El piso de floración no tuvo influencia sobre los parámetros de calidad de semilla
The present research work evaluated the difference between four flowering stratum of the yellow pepper crop (Capsicum baccatum L. var. pendulum) in seed yield and quality in La Molina, from October 2021 to May 2022. The flowering stages in the study were: first stratum (T1), second stratum (T2), third stratum (T3), and fourth stratum (T4). The row spacing was 1.20 m, with 0.5 m between plants, and irrigation was done through drip irrigation. The Experimental Design used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The following characteristics were evaluated: average fresh fruit weight (g), average fruit length (cm), average fruit diameter (mm), average fresh seed weight (g), average dry seed weight (g), average number of seeds per fruit (N°), average fresh weight of 100 seeds (g), germination percentage (%), vigor index I (germination percentage (%) × average seedling height (cm)), and vigor index II (germination percentage (%) × average dry seedling weight (g)). The third flowering stratum (T3) for yield only statistically influenced the parameter of average dry seed weight per fruit. The flowering stratum had no influence on the parameters related to seed quality.
