Estrategias de mercadeo para la exportación de fibra de alpaca al mercado italiano de la Asociación Ángel de los Andes, Cusco

Abstract
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar y establecer estrategias de mercadeo para exportar y posicionar la fibra de alpaca en el mercado italiano y generar mayor nivel de rentabilidad al criador alpaquero de la asociación Ángel de los Andes del Centro Poblado de Phinaya, distrito de Pitumarca región Cusco; investigación consistente de un análisis de la situación productiva, canales de comercialización de fibra de alpaca, estudio de las preferencias de compra y los factores que determinan el posicionamiento de la fibra en el mercado y los beneficios del criador alpaquero. El método utilizado en esta investigación fue Descriptiva – Explorativa, porque se seleccionó una serie de cuestiones que fueron medidas independientemente es de diseño No Experimental. Los resultados del estudio concluyeron que existe demanda creciente de productos basados en fibra de alpaca en el mercado italiano ya que posee 6.5% en la cuota de mercado en la fabricación de productos textiles en el mundo. El 57% de los italianos busca prendas de vestir sustentables y lo hace poniendo atención en la fibra y etiqueta. La formulación de estrategias está en función del proceso de producción y los canales actuales de comercialización que están en función de la trayectoria del producto que va desde la crianza de alpaca hasta el cliente industrial, se desarrolla una estrategia de penetración en el mercado, con el fin de que el consumidor sepa las características del producto y resulte atractivo para el cliente industrial, la diferenciación en el mercado es por el recurso humano involucrado en la actividad, se resalta la participación directa de los criadores de alpaca en el proceso de industrialización, brindando una imagen de responsabilidad social y calidad del producto, en cuanto al precio y con el fin de estimular la intensión de compra, ya que los consumidores son clientes que valoran la calidad y la procedencia, se establece un precio competitivo, hacer uso de medios y canales de comercialización que permita un vínculo directo con los clientes industriales y centros de diseño, utilizando como único agente intermediario a un bróker.
This research has as a general objective to analyze and establish marketing strategies to export and position the alpaca fiber in the Italian market and generate a higher level of profitability for the alpaquero breeder of the association Angel de los Andes of the region Cusco; Consistent research of an analysis of the productive situation, marketing channels of alpaca fiber, study of purchase preferences and the factors that determine the positioning of the fiber in the market and the benefits of breeder. The method used in this investigation was Descriptive - Exploratory, because a series of issues that were measured independently was selected is of a NonExperimental design. The results of the study concluded that there is a growing demand for products based on alpaca fiber in the Italian market since it has 6.5% in the market share in the manufacture of textile products in the world. 57% of Italians look for sustainable clothing and do so paying attention to fiber and etiquette. The formulation of strategies is based on the production process and the current marketing channels that are based on the trajectory of the product that goes from raising alpaca to the industrial customer, a market penetration strategy is developed, with the In order for the consumer to know the characteristics of the product and be attractive to the industrial customer, the differentiation on the market is due to the human resources involved in the activity, the direct participation of alpaca breeders in the industrialization process is highlighted, providing an image of social responsibility and product quality, in terms of price and in order to stimulate purchase intent, since consumers are customers who value quality and provenance, a competitive price is established, use of means and marketing channels that allow a direct link with industrial customers and design centers, leaving broker as sole intermediary agent.
