Abstract

Hoy en día, existe una clara tendencia de las empresas por obtener la certificación de los distintos Sistemas de Gestión como son: Calidad, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Ambiental, entre otros. Esta tendencia es principalmente porque las empresas apuestan por aquellas que tienen estos certificados y excluyen a las que no cumplen con los estándares requeridos. Por esta razón, la empresa FULL OIL GAS SERVICE SAC toma la iniciativa de obtener la Certificación de ISO 9001:2015, presentándose como una empresa confiable, que garantiza la calidad de sus servicios. FULL OIL GAS SERVICE SAC en un inicio aplicó en las licitaciones con importantes clientes, sin embargo, fue rechazada por no contar con un certificado de ISO 9001:2015, lo que hizo que considere, como parte de su estrategia, la necesidad de implementar y certificar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, que le aportaría mayor competitividad con los clientes y mantener un orden en la ejecución de sus servicios. De manera similar, se presenta a la Empresa de Consultoría, a la cual llamaremos “SIGMA”, que contaba con un Sistema Integrado de Gestión certificado durante el periodo del 20 de Setiembre 2018 al 19 de Setiembre 2021, y requería que su sistema se actualice en pro de una mejora continua para que la empresa siga alcanzando sus objetivos. La renovación de las certificaciones ISO por otro periodo de 3 años, es importante porque le aportan a la empresa mayor competitividad, permitiéndole ganar varios procesos de licitación, con lo cual aseguran su participación en el mercado. Considerando que las normas ISO mantienen una estructura de alto nivel que se estandariza a todos sus sistemas, las fases consideradas, se adecúan al ciclo PHVA y dan cumplimiento a los requisitos enfocados en la Normas Internacionales. Además, se muestran las acciones para lograr que el Sistema Integrado de Gestión se mantenga vigente, actualizado, activo, dinámico y enfrente el desafío de mejorar continuamente.Nowadays, there is a clear tendency for companies to obtain the certification of different Management Systems such as Quality, Security and Health at Work, Environmental, among others. This trend is mainly because companies bet on those that have these certificates and exclude those that do not meet the required standards. For this reason, the company FULL OIL GAS SERVICE SAC takes the initiative to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 Certification, presenting itself as a reliable company that guarantees the quality of its services. FULL OIL GAS SERVICE SAC initially applied for bids with important customers, however, it was rejected for not having an ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which made it consider, as part of its strategy, the need to implement and certify the Quality Management System, which would provide greater competitiveness with customers and maintain order in the execution of its services. Similarly, we present the Consulting Company, which we will call "SIGMA", which had a certified Integrated Management System during the period from September 20, 2018 to September 19, 2021, and required that its system be updated, in favor of continuous improvement so that the company continues to achieve its objectives. The renewal of ISO certifications for another period of 3 years is important because they provide the company with greater competitiveness, allowing it to win several bidding processes, thus ensuring its participation in the market. Considering that ISO standards maintain a high-level structure that is standardized to all its systems, the phases considered are adapted to the PHVA cycle and comply with the requirements focused on the International Standards. In addition, the actions to ensure that the Integrated Management System remains current, updated, active, dynamic and faces the challenge of continuous improvement are shown.
