This Professional Sufficiency Project analyzes technical-commercial management applied to phytosanitary management of agro-export crops in the regions of Lima and Ica, based on professional experience developed between June 2022 and July 2025 in agrochemicals companies. The experience involved research and development activities, technical evaluation and validation of products, trial monitoring, agronomic advisory services, and commercial management aimed at agro-industrial companies. The study mainly focuses on table grapes and blueberries, as well as avocado, citrus, asparagus, and pomegranate. The activities carried out included technical visits, phytosanitary monitoring, efficacy trials, preparation of recommendations, training, purchase order management, and post-sale follow-up. The analysis revealed differences between the Norte Chico area and Ica. In Norte Chico, customer loyalty was mainly associated with continuous technical support, trust, and rapid response, whereas in Ica, the incorporation of new solutions depended to a greater extent on technical validation, quantifiable results, and evaluations conducted over more than one production season. Technical trials proved to be a fundamental tool for supporting recommendations and facilitating the commercial positioning of products. Likewise, the analysis showed that technical efficacy, although essential, must be complemented by commercial factors, technical support, maximum residue limits, and adaptation to customer needs. It is concluded that technical-commercial management requires the integration of agronomic knowledge, technical validation, communication, and commercial strategy. Adapting these actions to the characteristics of each market contributes to strengthening customer trust, loyalty, and the adoption of phytosanitary solutions.
