Abstract
El área de ventas de productos para la protección de cultivos significa un gran reto personal y profesional ya que combina la parte técnica agronómica y el área comercial que abarcan el marketing y la gestión comercial. La capacitación técnica sumado a comprender las necesidades de los productores y de las agroindustrias para conseguir frutas de excelente calidad que cumplan con los estándares de los mercados extranjeros ha sido base para el desarrollo en esta área. La mayor parte de la experiencia laboral adquirida se dio en la ciudad de Ica durante 7 años de los cuales casi 5 años en sector comercial el cual ha permitido conocer y aprender sobre diversos cultivos como lo son, la uva, palto, esparrago, arándano, granado, alcachofa y cebolla, logrando así observar el desarrollo constante de la agricultura en la región de Ica de forma exponencial. Basada en la experiencia laboral, en el presente trabajo se dará a conocer el desarrollo de los productos y las validaciones que se realizan en campo con el uso de distintas herramientas para cuantificar los resultados y las estrategias implementadas dentro del sector para la venta de productos para la protección de cultivos y correctores de carencia de nutrientes cada estrategia involucrada con el marketing empresarial lo cual ayudará a fidelizar a los clientes y lograr posicionar la marca en el mercado.
The sales area of crop protection products has meant a great personal and professional challenge since it combines the technical agronomic part and the commercial area that covers marketing and commercial management. The technical training added to understanding the needs of producers and agroindustries to obtain excellent quality fruits that meet the standards of foreign markets has been the basis for my development in this area. I have worked in the Ica region for 7 years, of which almost 5 years in the commercial sector, which has allowed me to know and learn about various crops such as grapes, avocado, asparagus, blueberries, pomegranates, artichokes, onions, and I have had the opportunity to see agriculture grow exponentially in the Ica region. Based on my experience, in this paper I will present the development of products and the validations that are carried out in the field with the use of different tools to quantify the results and the strategies implemented within the sector for the sale of products for crop protection and nutrient deficiency correctors, each strategy involved with business marketing, which will help us to retain customers and position the brand in the market.
