Mejora de la gestión operativa en el proceso logístico de la empresa minera utilizando las herramientas Line

Abstract

En este documento se presenta el trabajo de suficiencia profesional que tuvo como objetivo exponer sobre la mejora de la gestión operativa en el proceso logístico utilizando herramientas Lean en una empresa minera en el Perú. En el diagnóstico realizado usando la herramienta Value Stream Mapping (VSM) en la cadena de abastecimiento se identificaron las etapas del proceso a evaluar, donde existían altos tiempos de atención de los requerimientos de los proyectos. Con el análisis de otras herramientas como el diagrama de causa-efecto y diagrama de Pareto, se identificaron las principales causas que pueden tener un mayor impacto en la mejora de los tiempos de atención de los requerimientos, y se plantearon soluciones a las causas identificadas. Al aplicar las soluciones planteadas e integrar en el flujo de trabajo el uso del sistema gestión Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), se logró la mejora de los procesos en la gestión logística. Tras la evaluación, se observó como resultado principal que los tiempos de abastecimiento de los materiales se redujo en 32% en comparación al año 2024.This document presents the work of professional sufficiency that aimed to expose the improvement of operational management in the logistics process using Lean tools in a mining company in Peru. In the diagnosis carried out using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tool in the supply chain, the stages of the process to be evaluated were identified, where there were high times to meet the requirements of the projects. With the analysis of other tools such as the cause-effect diagram and Pareto diagram, the main causes that can have a greater impact on improving the response times of the requirements were identified, and solutions to the identified causes were proposed. By applying the proposed solutions and integrating the use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management system into the workflow, the improvement of processes in logistics management was achieved.
