Abstract
This professional proficiency work describes the technical criteria to be considered for the preparation of the technical landscape file for green areas based on the experience acquired in carrying out landscaping projects. According to Romero (2017), the World Health Organization recommends that all cities and towns should have a minimum area of 9 m2 of green areas per inhabitant. Currently the data from the National Environmental Information System (SINIA); entity that evaluates the green surface index per inhabitant at a district level in Metropolitan Lima, the data is that in the districts with high maintenance costs in public green areas are those with the greatest purchasing power, which have more m2 of area green per inhabitant (m2/inhab) (Sabogal, et al.,2019). For example: San Isidro with 22.02m2/inhabitant, Jesús María with 9.27 m2/inhabitant and Miraflores with 13.84m2/inhabitant. On the other hand, in the Lurín district it was determined to be 1.12 m2/inhabitant. (SINIA, 2018). The lack of technical criteria that is often observed in projects related to the landscape design of green spaces has been and continues to be one of the recurring concerns of sector specialists. This is because there has not been correct criteria such as: vegetation selection, planting frames, irrigation systems, distribution of drainage space, zoning, lighting, etc. The conclusion was obtained that, for landscape designs of green spaces, in addition to aesthetic and conceptual criteria, it is important to simultaneously consider a very wide range of technical and regulatory criteria.
