Servicios de agricultura de precisión aplicados a cultivos de agroexportación en la costa peruana

Abstract

Los servicios de agricultura de precisión agrupan una serie de herramientas, técnicas, instrumentos y elementos tecnológicos los cuales permiten, partiendo de data agronómica, identificar zonas de manejo uniforme y optimizar las labores agrícolas con los objetivos ya sean de incrementar la producción, la productividad u otros que afecten positivamente tanto el negocio como el medio ambiente en el que se desarrollan. El siguiente trabajo describe y ahonda en los principales servicios de agricultura de precisión desarrollados a lo largo de la costa peruana para cultivos de agroexportación. Empezando por la descripción de las tecnologías más utilizadas, continúa con el detalle de los mapas de suelos, el monitoreo nutricional, el mapeo satelital y la relación entre los distintos servicios de agricultura de precisión. En cada uno de los puntos anteriores se detallan ejemplos concretos de los mismos, así como los objetivos que estos buscan y los beneficios logrados.Precision agriculture services bring together a series of tools, techniques, instruments, and technological elements which allow, based on agronomic data, to identify areas of uniform management and optimize agricultural work with the objectives of either increasing production, productivity or others that positively affect both the business and the environment in which they operate. The following work describes and delves into the main precision agriculture services developed along the Peruvian coast for agro-export crops. Starting with the description of the most used technologies, it continues with the detail of soil maps, nutritional monitoring, satellite mapping and the relationship between the different precision agriculture services. In each of the previous points, specific examples are detailed, as well as the objectives they seek, and the benefits achieved.
