Abstract
asociados a dicha ejecución.
In the present work, labor performance was studied in the UNALM infrastructure project known as "Barracas Deportivas", executed by Direct Administration by the Unidad Ejecutora de Inversiones. The specialties of Structures and Architecture were analyzed in field conditions, with data extracted during the execution of the activities. The variable recorded was the amount of labor. This value is expressed in units of man-hours per unit of executed (h-H/U.M.). The data were obtained from the measurement of the time used by a crew for the execution of a given starting measurement. The labor quantity data obtained in the field were then subjected to a statistical analysis to calculate the mean for each activity and a normality test using the Shapiro-Wilks method to verify the representativeness of the sample. Subsequently, the labor quantities obtained were converted to yields using as a base crew the one indicated by CAPECO. Likewise, the yield of the technical file was adjusted with this base crew, so that both could be compared. The results showed that the project's job yields are similar to those reported by CAPECO and the technical dossier. For this reason, the evidence reinforces the assertion that eventual delays in the execution of the project are attributable to external conditions and to the administrative processes associated with the execution of the project.
