Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional (TSP) para la obtención del Título de Ingeniero Agrónomo titulado “Implementación de un sistema de gestión y adaptación del diseño de jardines verticales hidropónicos en Lima Metropolitana” fue realizado a partir de la experiencia laboral obtenida en una empresa de servicios de instalación y mantenimiento de jardines verticales, para lo cual laboré desde octubre del 2016 hasta enero del 2020, el TSP tiene la perspectiva de las funciones desempeñadas por el supervisor para dar solución a las problemáticas identificadas en la empresa donde se laboró. Este trabajo se sustentó en la importancia que representa las áreas verdes en el medio ambiente, por lo tanto, una forma de incrementar las áreas verdes son los jardines verticales que surgen como una solución ante la disminución de espacios verdes en las zonas urbanas. El objetivo del TSP es la implementación de un sistema de gestión en el desarrollo de los jardines verticales hidropónicos y su adaptación del diseño en Lima Metropolitana. A través del cual se elaboraron formatos, registros, guías, check list, etc. Que permitió mejorar las labores encomendadas a los operarios generando eficiencia y eficacia al momento de realizar y ejecutar los procesos de diseño, instalación y mantenimiento de jardines verticales. Asimismo, se logró adaptar el diseño estructural de los jardines verticales. En la parte agronómica se mejoró el sistema de riego haciéndolo más eficiente. Además, se hizo una adecuada selección y distribución de plantas ornamentales dentro de la etapa de diseño de los jardines verticales.
The present Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) to obtain the Title of Agricultural Engineer entitled "Implementation of a management system and adaptation of the design of vertical hydroponic gardens in Metropolitan Lima" was carried out from the work experience obtained in a company of installation and maintenance services of vertical gardens, for which I worked from October 2016 to January 2020, the TSP has the perspective of the functions performed by the supervisor to solve the problems identified in the company where he worked. This work was based on the importance that green areas represent in the environment, therefore, a way to increase green areas are vertical gardens that emerge as a solution to the decrease in green spaces in urban areas. The objective of the TSP is the implementation of a management system in the development of vertical hydroponic gardens and its adaptation of the design in Metropolitan Lima. Through which formats, records, guides, check lists, etc. were developed. That allowed to improve the tasks entrusted to the operators, generating efficiency and effectiveness when carrying out and executing the processes of design, installation and maintenance of vertical gardens. Likewise, it was possible to adapt the structural design of the vertical gardens. In the agronomic part, the irrigation system was improved, making it more efficient. In addition, an adequate selection and distribution of ornamental plants was made within the design stage of the vertical gardens.
