Circuito ecoturístico sostenible en la comunidad Nuevo Lamas del área de conservación regional cordillera Escalera, San Martín, Perú

Abstract

El ecoturismo en comunidades nativas y en áreas naturales es una modalidad cada vez más atractiva que ofrece a los visitantes actividades turísticas ambientalmente responsable para disfrutar, estudiar los atractivos y conocer las manifestaciones culturales, también promueve la conservación del área donde participan las poblaciones, asociaciones, entidades públicas y privadas, con esta determinación se tuvo el interés de investigar sobre circuitos ecoturísticos y desarrollo sostenible en la comunidad nativa Nuevo Lamas que se ubica en el Área de Conservación Regional Cordillera Escalera - ACR-CE en el distrito de Shapaja, provincia y región San Martin. La comunidad conserva la fauna, la flora y las costumbres, asimismo se ha identificado que desarrollan la agricultura y sus predios se encuentran georreferenciados dentro del ACR-CE en la zona de recuperación del plan maestro vigente 2007, este análisis ha llevado a la preocupación de los gestores del ACR-CE que temen que los predios puedan seguir ampliándose, pero también se encontró recursos turísticos potenciales que podría ayudar a diseñar alternativas de uso sostenible. Debido a esta debilidad, se llegó a realizar la investigación, cuyo objetivo general es determinar de qué manera los circuitos ecoturísticos están relacionados con el desarrollo sostenible y los objetivos específicos son determinar la relación con el diagnóstico de los recursos turísticos, los diseños de circuitos ecoturísticos, la normatividad sobre el turismo y el ecoturismo y los niveles de desarrollo sostenible. Para responder los objetivos, se utilizó la metodología de "diseño descriptivo con enfoque mixto de tipo transversal y nivel correlacional". En la parte descriptiva, se utilizaron las técnicas de entrevista, trabajo de campo, grupos focales, observación y análisis de contenido, como resultado se logró registrar 16 recursos turísticos sirvieron para diseñar cuatro circuitos ecoturísticos y luego fueron analizados con los niveles de desarrollo sostenible. En la parte nivel correlacional se utilizó la técnica de encuesta para correlacional las variables y finalmente, los datos que se obtuvieron fueron utilizados con la prueba estadística: coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y la regresión lineal, como resultado se obtuvo que el R de Pearson es de (0.831) es alto y positivo, por lo que se concluye que existe una alta correlación entre el circuito ecoturístico y el desarrollo sostenible, es decir a mayor desarrollo del circuito ecoturístico mayor será el desarrollo sostenible en la comunidad nativa Nuevo Lamas

Ecotourism in native communities and in natural areas is an increasingly attractive modality that offers visitors environmentally responsible tourism activities to enjoy, study the attractions and get to know the cultural manifestations, it also promotes the conservation of the area where the populations participate, associations, public and private entities, with this determination it was interesting to investigate ecotourism circuits and sustainable development in the native Nuevo Lamas community that is located in the Cordillera Escalera Regional Conservation Area - ACR-CE in the district of Shapaja, province and region San Martin. The community conserves the fauna, the flora and the customs, it has also been identified that they develop agriculture and their properties are georeferenced within the ACR-CE in the recovery area of the 2007 master plan, this analysis has led to the concern of the managers of the ACR-CE who fear that the properties may continue to expand, but also found potential tourism resources that could help to design alternatives for sustainable use. Due to this weakness, the research was carried out, whose general objective is to determine how ecotourism circuits are related to sustainable development and the specific objectives are to determine the relationship with the diagnosis of tourism resources, ecotourism circuit designs , the regulations on tourism and ecotourism and the levels of sustainable development. To answer the objectives, the methodology of "descriptive design with a mixed approach of cross-level and correlational level" was used. In the descriptive part, interviewing techniques, field work, focus groups, observation and content analysis were used, as a result we managed to register 16 tourism resources used to design four ecotourism circuits and then they were analyzed with levels of sustainable development. In the correlation level part, the survey technique was used to correlate the variables and finally, the data that was obtained were used with the statistical test: Pearson's correlation coefficient and linear regression, as a result it was obtained that the Pearson's R is of (0.831) is high and positive, so it is concluded that there is a high correlation between the ecotourism circuit and sustainable development, that is, the greater the development of the ecotourism circuit, the greater the sustainable development in the native Nuevo Lamas community.
