Influencia del control interno en la eficacia organizacional en la Empresa Inmobiliaria Alcalá S.A.C. en el distrito de La Molina

Abstract

Esta tesis se desarrolla en la empresa “INMOBILIARIA ALCALÁ S.A.C”, es una empresa familiar, donde tiene por objeto social el desarrollo de diversos proyectos de inversión. De esta manera, tiene como actividad económica principal la compra, venta, de terrenos. Así mismo con la empresa del grupo, Inmobiliaria Alhambra SAC, han desarrollado en la ciudad de Pisco un mega mercado con 1040 tiendas, las cuales ya se encuentran funcionando, pero tiene como deficiencia el no mejorar su Manual de Organización y Funciones. Ante la falta de reconocimiento de su Manual de Organización y Funciones hace que el negocio no marche en todo su nivel, pues no ayuda a los trabajadores a tener en cuenta sus funciones o tener serios problemas a la doble imposición de cargos o roles en el desarrollo empresarial. El objetivo general de la tesis es establecer la relación entre el control interno y la eficacia organizacional y el respectivo impacto entre las dos variables. Se empleó el método de investigación Descriptivo – Explicativo, ya que descubrirá el tipo de problema a investigar y sus variables, con el propósito de manejar en forma adecuada la información en el desarrollo de la investigación. En esta investigación se utilizó un diseño No Experimental, porque se realizó sin la manipulación deliberada de variables y en la que solo se observarán los fenómenos en su ambiente natural para después analizarlo. La técnica de procesamiento de la información se hará mediante una matriz de datos en un sistema computarizado de análisis de datos. El Software estadístico a emplear es el SPSS, tanto para la validación del instrumento, así como analizar la base de datos obtenida a través de él. Teniendo esto en cuenta, la siguiente conclusión general a la que se llego fue que El control interno tiene una relación significativa y directa con la eficacia organizacional en la empresa Inmobiliaria Alcalá S.A.C. en el distrito de La Molina. Se recomienda que, en interpretación a las respuestas de los colaboradores de la empresa, debiera mejorar en satisfacer a sus participantes o trabajadores para que puedan seguir desempeñándose de la mejor manera como lo vienen haciendo.

The general objective of the thesis is to establish the relationship between internal control and organizational effectiveness and the respective impact between the two variables. The method of descriptive - explanatory research was used, since it will discover the type of problem to investigate and its variables, with the purpose of adequately managing the information in the development of the research. In this research, a Non-Experimental design was used, because it was carried out without the deliberate manipulation of variables and in which only the phenomena will be observed in their natural environment and then analyzed. The information processing technique will be done through a data matrix in a computerized data analysis system. The statistical Software to be used is the SPSS, both for the validation of the instrument, as well as analyzing the database obtained through it. Bearing this in mind, the following general conclusion reached was that internal control has a significant and direct relationship with the organizational effectiveness of the company Inmobiliaria Alcalá S.A.C. in the district of La Molina. It is recommended that in interpreting the responses of the company's collaborators, it should improve in satisfying its participants or workers so that they can continue to perform in the best way they have been doing.
